I was watching "discovery home and health"not too long ago and this programme "Mom's word" was interesting.
It's about 2 ladies who have 5 children together and they have loads of experience correcting some children's habit.

-> Correcting Kate's sleeping pattern.
Being 1st time mom, I have spoil her by rocking her to bed for the last 5 months. Okok... most of the time, my maid does that on my behalf. =P
