Monday: cant remember due to late posting (=P)
tue lunch: califlower, tomato, onion, softbone(as stock),  fish porridge
tue dinner: old cucumber soup with fried califlower in tomato and tomato sauce
lunch and dinner for the remaining days:
Wed : spinach, carrot, potato, softbone (as stock) and fish porridge
Thur lunch and dinner: beijing cabbage, black mushroom, softbone, carrot and fish porridge
Fri:lotus root, softbone,softbone and fish porridge
Sat: spagetti with spinach, fish in Ragu sauce
Sun: old cumcumber with red date, dried scallop, carrot and pork rib soup + white rice
