Monday lunch and dinner:abc soup with white rice
Tue afternoon: thread fin and red spinach porridge
Wed lunch:tomato with red spinach in onto flake stock porridge
Thur lunch:fried cabbage with garlic and shredded carrot. Plain porridge with water chestnut
Fri afternoon:cod fish steam with tomato and Ginger. Match it with plain rice

Tue night: steam cod fish
Wed night: lean meat in dark sauce, steam propfet, chicken soup
Thur night: huai San soup with white rice
Fri night: lotus soup with white rice

Mon- Brocoli, potato (these 2 items blend), fish, spinach porridge
Tue - pumpkin, sweet potato, spinanch porridge
Wed - Shredded carrot, shredded zuchini, fish and spagetti
Thur-Califlower, tomato, onion (fry first 3 items together), add water, add rice and when its 98% ready, add fish
fri - spinach fish porridge


Dinner
Monday - ABC soup with rice
Tue - pork softbone, spinach, fish, tomato porridge
wed - minestrone soup
Thur - Califlower, tomato, onion (fry first 3 items together), add water, add rice and when its 98% ready, add fish
Fri - green pea, onion, carrot, celery, 1 bay leave, fish porridge

Broccoli puree - my new invention

Kate hasn't like what I had planned for her lately and I realize she's into soup now. So, here is what we made today and she loves it!

2servings of broccoli
Onion
Potato
Carrot
Fish
Fry everything together (except fish) and add water. Bring it to a oil and shimmer for 20 mins or when all ingredients are fork tender. Add fish and bring it to a boil. Blend all ingredient and tada! Tasty broccoli puree is done.remember to add fih. Otherwise, it will be too bland.. :)

- lotus root, water chestnut, porkrib with rice
- spinach, sweetpotato, rice in bonito soup base
- marrow green, carrot, brocoli shreds with spagetti in Ragu tomato paste
- stired fried tomato, onion and califlower

Every night
- brocoli, red spinach, fish porridge
- Marrow green, pork rib, meatball soup with rice
- baby spinach, fish, garlic porridge
- carrot ginger soup
- Mashed potato
