Wed - Shredded carrot, shredded zuchini, fish and spagetti
Thur-Califlower, tomato, onion (fry first 3 items together), add water, add rice and when its 98% ready, add fish
fri - spinach fish porridge


Dinner
Monday - ABC soup with rice
Tue - pork softbone, spinach, fish, tomato porridge
wed - minestrone soup
Thur - Califlower, tomato, onion (fry first 3 items together), add water, add rice and when its 98% ready, add fish
Fri - green pea, onion, carrot, celery, 1 bay leave, fish porridge
